ATTACHMENT A <br />Required Grantee File Documentation <br />Grantee must meet the financial administration requirements in 44 CFR Part 13 and must maintain a file for each homeland <br />security grant award. The files must be available for review by the North Carolina Division of Emergency Management Staff for <br />site visits, project closeout and future audits. <br />Grantee must include appropriate documentation in the file, including but not limited to the following documents: <br />Grant Award and Memorandum of Agreement/Memorandum of Understanding and Supporting Appendices <br />Completed appropriate cost report forms with invoices <br />Audit Findings and Corrective Action Plans <br />2011 Annual Grant Award <br />Page 10 of 10 <br />
