The reasons for this policy <br />are-to allow Excellance: (1) to better engineer and manufacture the vehicle by obtaining the <br />parts in advance, (2) provide better control over tracking the delivery of ali parts and getting the <br />part to the correct vehicle for which it-is intended, and (3) it allows Excellance to better adhere to <br />its-production schedule. Disruptions_in our production schedule are very costly and wasteful in <br />terms of labor. Therefore, exceptorrs to this policy will result in a charge of $250.00 per part <br />supplied by any dealer or customer PLUS-the appropriate labor charge for installing any such part. <br />Note.: Excellance does not warrant the installation of customer supplied parts installed by Excellance! <br />Excellance~vaives the $25Q "parts charge" for fwo-way radio equipment, radio antenna, and cots. <br />Payment Terms: <br />Payment to be Cash Upon D~eiivery F.O.B. Excellance, Madison, Alabama. <br />CHECKL-IST <br />Send invoices to: <br />Specify to whom the MSO is to be assigned: <br />The vehicle will be ready for delivery with electrical diagrams, cleaned, inspected; fuel tanks full, <br />vehicle serviced, certified weight ticket, and copies of all warranties and owners manuals. <br />ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THIS- CONTRACT <br />The e#ective date of this_contract is the day this order is accepted by Excellance as <br />evidenced by the date this contract is executed by an officer of Excellance. <br />Construction will begin only after all questions have been resolved. Once the unit is in production, <br />each change will result in an engineering fee of $250 in addition to the price for the change. <br />Failure to select an option on this order form will result in: (i) no charge to the customer, <br />(ii) no obligation by Excellance for that item, and (iii) the possibility of a $250 charge for <br />changes or additions that occur after production begins on a vehicle. To select any option <br />you must either: (a) enter "1" in the "( )", OR (b) enter a specific number in the "( )" <br />when instructed to do so. <br />Revievr this order carefully. Changes, alterations or additional work ordered shall be charged <br />for at current rates with additional time being allowed Excellance for delivery. <br />Price is exclusive of taxes, licenses, etc. which shall be th-e responsibility of purchaser. <br />All_delivery dates are approximate unless otherwise indicated and are subject to and dependent <br />upon the Purchaser furnishing all required information to Excellance in a timely manner. <br />Fulfillment of this order by Excellance shall be contingent upon strikes, lock-outs, fires, <br />accidents, Government regulations, inability to secure materials or other causes beyond <br />Excellance's control.
