Strong oral and written skills. <br />Human Resources Subject Matter Complete comprehension of your organizational structure, salary <br />Expert grades, job positions, benefits, union contracts, employee handbook, <br />human resource actual practices, and human resource documented <br /> policies and reporting needs.
