Database Administration Maintenance or Services such as, but not limited to: <br />a. Database maintenance scripts <br />b. Writing or customizing database scripts for data reporting and/or retrieval <br />c. Pertormance Tuning <br />d. Sizing <br />e. Load balancing <br />f. Data warehouse, data mart, cloud computing, data mashing consulting <br />g. Disaster Recovery (other catastrophic failure) <br />h. Database backup strategy and/or setup <br />7. Establishing aNon-Production Environment such as, but not limited to: <br />a. Test environments, i.e., application servers, database servers <br />b. Demonstration environment <br />c. Training environment <br />8. Troubleshooting Environmental Issues such as, but not limited to: <br />a. Operating System <br />b. Network Issues <br />c. Firewalls <br />d. Servers <br />e. Workstations <br />f. Alternate sign on processes, such as single sign on or eAuthentication <br />9. Custom Reports or Custom Application Extensions <br />10. Implementation or configuration services related to upgrading product such as, but not limited to: <br />a. Software implementation <br />b. Porting custom software (i.e., reports) <br />c. Change management <br />d. Training <br />e. New functionality deployment <br />f. Application interfaces <br />11. Service to Kronos modified software is not provided, unless otherwise specified on the applicable Statement of Work and Purchase Order <br />for such modified software. <br />12. Importing new data or developing additional interfaces <br />13. Load balancing configuration <br />14. Virtual server configuration <br />Support Discontinuance -End of Service Life <br />Contractor through Kronos may discontinue support for the Software upon 30 days written notice to Ordering Activity, or at the anniversary <br />date of the relevant support agreement, whichever is longer. If such support is discontinued during the initial or any renewal term of the <br />relevant support agreement, the remaining value of the agreement will be left as a credit on the account to be applied against any future <br />invoices. <br />Contractor through Kronos would no longer provide any type of support for the discontinued Software - no calls accepted, and no patches, bug <br />fixes or changes in any form will occur no matter the Ordering Activity issue. The Ordering Activity is eligible to receive the next version or <br />release of the Software as long as they are current on their maintenance support services payment and their current Software is not yet <br />discontinued. <br />If the Ordering Activity's current Software has been discontinued and the client is current on their maintenance, but the Ordering Activity has <br />not upgraded to the new version or release by the date of discontinuance of support, then the Ordering Activity will have to purchase new <br />a sutKiaiary at ~ imrni~ro <br />GS-35F-0265X www.immixtechnoloq~com Page ST-166 <br />
