15 <br />and designed to be used as a dwelling with or without a permanent foundation <br />when connected to the required utilities, and includes the plumbing, heating, air- <br />conditioning and electrical systems contained therein. <br />(12) Multiple Dwelling Unit. A building used or capable of being used for residential <br />purposed wherein more than two separate and distinct places of habitation exist. <br />(13) Office Building. A single building comprised of three or more office units used as <br />individual businesses. <br />(14) Public Road. Any road, street, highway, thoroughfare, or other way of passage <br />that has been irrevocable dedicated to the public or in which the public has <br />acquired rights by prescription, without regard to whether it is open for travel. <br />(15) Private Road. Any one-way or two-way road for ingress and/or egress not for use <br />by the public that serves three or more structures. <br />(16) Single Family Residence. Shall mean any one family dwelling or portion thereof, <br />including townhouses, that is used, or designed or intended to be used for human <br />habitation, for living, sleeping, cooking or eating purposes, or any combination <br />thereof. <br />(17) Strip Commercial Building. A single building with multiple accesses that is leased <br />by square footage and allows interior businesses to-vary in size. <br />(18) Road Address. The combination of numbers and road names assigned by Orange <br />County that identifies a particular building or lot. <br />(19) Subdivision Road. Any dedicated and accepted public right-of--way for vehicular <br />traffic, or a private road, either of which were established pursuant to the Orange <br />County Unified Develpment Ordinance. <br />(20) Townhouse. Asingle-family dwelling unit constructed in a group of three or more <br />attached units in which each unit extends from the foundation to roof and with <br />open space on at least two sides. <br />Ord of 12-13-2011.
