ATTACHMENT 2 <br />Certificate of Completion of <br />Water and Sewer Improvements <br />(To be filed prior to acceptance by City, Surety bond cannot be released <br />without acceptable certifications) <br />The undersigned does hereby certify that the below listed project improvements for <br />Buckhom-Mebane Utilities Phase I Gravelly Hill Middle School area have been installed in <br />accordance with the specifications and requirements of the City of Mebane, have been tested and <br />found to be in compliance with all City of Mebane and State of North Carolina requirements and <br />codes meet ail City specifications and standards. <br />This certificate and representation includes the following work (set forth with detail the <br />improvements required in the subdivision and which are the subject of the certificate, including, <br />streets, water lines, sewer lines, taps, pumps, storm drainage, retention facilities, etc.): <br />that certain Water Distribution and Sewage Collection system (design by Coulter, Jewell & <br />Thames, PA, project #0459 dated 6/22/2007) (as-built drawings entitled Orange County, North <br />Carolina, Buckhorn Water and Sewer Extensions 2006, also known as Buckhorn Mebane Utilities <br />Phase 1) <br />approximately 7575 LF of 6" Sewer Force Main <br />approximately 1085 LF of 8" Sewer Gravity <br />approximately 205 Gallons Per Minute (GPM) (upgradeable to 325 GPM) <br />Gravelly Hill Sewer Pump Station <br />approximately 9835 LF of 12" DIP Water Main, and <br />that certain Water and Sewage Collection system that serves the Gravelly Hill Middle <br />School and Orange County Soccer Center designed, permitted and certified by Coulter, <br />Jewell & Thames, PA, Mike Hammersley, PE, Reg.
