In addition, <br />master plans and specific area engineering is underway and moving towards final preliminary <br />engineering, so permits could be ready early next year in the Buckhorn Area. <br />Please see Attachment 1 for the list of property attributes where select properties will be <br />prepared. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no direct financial impact associated with this update. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board receive the Economic <br />Development update and provide comments as appropriate. <br />
