While average response times provide useful <br />information, the data do not provide a clear picture of the actual emergency response <br />within the County. Personnel provide fire inspection, investigation, and <br />plan reviews for the County. Chapel Hill, Carrboro, and Hillsborough provide their <br />own inspection services.
