Sites that have been completed as of this report are listed as completed. <br />Sites not yet completed are listed with the planned implementation time frame if known. <br />The number of channels implemented is shown for the sites completed. Channels <br />licensed where known, indicates the planned capacity expansion for completed sites and <br />planned capacity for sites not completed.
