It just relates to certain zoning districts. <br />It is anticipated that Mebane will probably annex to the Buckhorn Road area in the near future at some point. The new <br />annexation criteria makes if difficult to fulfill the criteria to move out into areas far from their city core. Staff recommends we <br />make a recommendation to the BOCC on this in time for the November 15, 2011 meeting. Do we anticipate any other comments <br />for next month? <br />MOTION made by Pete Hallenbeck to go with the staff recommendation and take this forward.
