It is areas where we expect
water and sewer. We want to bring back some of the aspects of why we are approving the. Michael Harvey has presented to
show how site plans should reflect access management plans. Some of the purposes for that is to ensure that as one project
comes in it will provide some connectivity to another adjacent project not just on the public roadway system but maybe a new
roadway system or even a private access area through our land development zones. When we look at these access
management systems, we are talking about how far driveways should be apart, how many curb cuts, what the turning
movements are, two lane or for lane section. I do have handouts for those who are interested. This is putting a lot of these
concepts directly on the land. Explanation of maps.

Alan Campbell: All the dotted lines that are potential roads, these are roads that developers would have to build?

Craig Benedict: The developer would have to build them. Example the Buckhorn Village Project. During a conditional rezoning
process, not general, you can add conditions.

Larry Wright: I know the West Ten Road, some of these roads just don't lend to this, but it would be nice if these proposed roads
were setup more on a grid matrix.

Craig Benedict: Some of these are historic roads. These are the quarter to half-mile connections. If we go to residential uses,
we are suggesting we create a more intense roadway network as you are suggesting.

Larry Wright: If one of these major coordinates, you can't go to the interstate but if there was a grid as an alternative.

Craig Benedict: These are going to be more of the backbone and there will be further branching of these roads.

Larry Wright: I think grids are good. There are a lot of books that talk about this. It would be nice to see more of a grid.

Craig Benedict: Explanation of maps and charts.
