ATTACHMENT A <br />Contract No. TJCOG-CBS-004 <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Orange County will perform the following steps that define the scope of the Project: <br />1. Identify and receive siting approval from the Orange County Board of County Commissioners for a minimum of eight (8) <br />Level II charging stations to service residents and visitors of Orange County; <br />2. Receive competitive bids and award a charging station vendor contract for a minimum of eight (8) Level II charging <br />stations; <br />3. Receive competitive bids and award an installation contract for a qualified electrical contractor to permit, install, and <br />receive acceptance for use a minimum of eight (8) Level II charging stations; <br />4. Conduct the installation and operationalization of the Level II charging stations; <br />5. Implement a public awareness campaign (signage and public relations media announcements) of the availability and <br />operationalization of these Level II charging stations; <br />6. Should there be remaining contingency funds available after the start of installation (contingency funds are set aside for <br />potential installation unforeseen conditions), those funds will be used for additional charging stations. <br />Page 32 of 34 <br />w <br />
