4 <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends the Board: <br />1) Approve the conceptual installation plan for approximately eight electric vehicle charging <br />stations at the West Campus Office Building, Seymour Senior Center, Orange <br />County/Chapel Hill Visitors Center, and Durham Technical Community College Park and <br />Ride Lot; <br />2) Accept 84,530 in grant funds awarded by the United States Department of Energy <br />and its Carolina Blue Skies & Green Jobs Initiative; <br />3) Approve Budget Amendment #4-A; and <br />4) Authorize the Manager to sign any and all necessary agreements and subsequent <br />amendments related to this agreement. <br />
