Prior to that appointment, I <br />was an advocate for safe disposal of pharmaceuticals. Since that time, I've expanded my <br />advocacy to the safe disposal of sewage sludge. I was an invited speaker at the NC <br />State sludge conference 2 years ago and I've maintained a public listserv on sludge <br />information and clean water for the past 5 years. I value the work of OWASA in this area <br />and wish to ensure their continued good work as the county and towns grow.
