Planning Board Review <br />August 3, 2011 Briefing -note the briefing did not occur as the August <br />regular meeting was cancelled. <br />September 7, 2011-for recommendation. <br />At the September 7, 2011 regular meeting, the Board voted unanimously <br />to recommend approval of the proposed text amendment with the <br />following modification: <br />1. Under the revised definition of Kennel, Class /the Planning <br />Board recommended that proposed new language <br />recommended by staff indicating that the use could be a <br />considered customary access use to asingle-family residence <br />be deleted. Board members indicated such a modification <br />should be reviewed at a later time in context with a <br />comprehensive re-assessment of the land use category. <br />Staff concurs with the recommendation and has made the appropriate <br />change by removing the sentence.
