6 <br />The following changes have been added to the draft calendar: <br />• Moved the March 8 regular meeting to Tuesday the 13t"; the <br />13t" work session to Thursday 15t" and then the next regular <br />meeting from Tuesday, March 20 to Thursday, March 22nd <br />March 8t" first day of ACC Tournament) <br />• Removed (per Clarence Grier) March 22 as a budget work <br />session <br />• April 16t" -Changed the April 2 Legislative Breakfast to April 16 <br />(April 2nd is the day of the NCAA title game in men's basketball) <br />• May 3~d -Changed from a budget work session to a regular <br />work session for an Automated Agenda presentation <br />• October 25~' - changed a budget work session to a regular <br />work session -night meeting <br />• Assembly of Governments meeting -moved from October <br />30t" to December 6t" - as a meeting (not a mixer) <br />• March 1 and June 14t" are now night meetings (changed <br />suggested day meetings to night meetings) <br />• March 27t" -Scheduled both the Clerk and the County <br />Attorney's annual evaluations on the same evening at 7:OOpm <br />(would eliminate a dinner meeting on May 24t" -but would still <br />schedule the 7:OOpm budget work session) <br />• March 29t" - Added a JPA meeting to the annual meeting of <br />BOCC/Chapel Hill -and have invited Carrboro to attend the <br />JPA portion of the meeting only. <br />
