CLOSED SESSION <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Carey, seconded by Commissioner Jacobs to go into closed <br />session "To discuss the County's position and to instruct the County Manager and County Attorney on <br />the negotiating position regarding the terms of a contract to purchase real property," NCGS ~ 143- <br />318.11(a)(5). <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />14. ADJOURNMENT <br />With no further items for the County Commissioners to consider, a motion was made by <br />Commissioner Carey, seconded by Barry Jacobs to adjourn the meeting at 11:10. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />The next meeting will be held on Monday, August 27, 2001 at 7:00 p.m. in the F.
