12. MINUTES -NONE <br />13. CLOSED SESSION <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Brown, seconded by Commissioner Carey to go into closed <br />session pursuant to G.S. 143-318.11 {a)(3) "to consult with an attorney retained by the Board in order to <br />preserve the attorney-client privilege between the attorney and the Board," in the case of Williams vs. <br />Blue Cross/Blue Shield of North Carolina vs. Orange County. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />14. ADJOURNMENT <br />With no further items to discuss, a motion was made by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by Barry <br />Jacobs to adjourn the meeting at 10:45 p.m. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />The next meeting an the County Commissioners' meeting calendar will be held on August 21, 2001 <br />at 7:30 p.m. at the Southern Human Services Center in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. <br />Stephen H.
