52 <br />Responses to Conditions will be noted in Bold, Green, I1~rlics. <br />Proposed Conclitions <br />The Planning Board hereby recommerxls that the Orange County Board of <br />County Commissioners approve the Habitat for Humanity Site Plan, dated March- <br />18, 2011 as prepared by Tracy N. Parrott, P.E., Summit Consulting for the <br />dedication of proposed Road "A", and Road "B", and-#he extension of Tinnin <br />Road as North Carolina Department of Transportation public roads in Orange <br />County, the dedication of new public sewer lines to Orange County and the <br />dedication to Orange Alamance Water System, Inc. of private water tines, subject <br />to the fulfillment of conditions specified herein. The Site Plan {dr-awings-C-1, C-2, <br />C- 3, and C-~) submitted by petitioners dated Ni-arch 1~, 2011 shall be part of this <br />permit approval. <br />Before any phase- of the Final Plat of Tinnin Woods can be recorded the following <br />conditions shall be satisfied: <br />A. Sewer Lines <br />1. The County Engineer shall approve -sewer line construction drawirngs,_ <br />including stubbed out service lines to each lot; prior to and clearing ar <br />grading on the site. No sewer lines shall be placed underneath paved <br />or concreted areas with the exception of perpendicular crossings. <br />t;andition accepted by the applicant with the exception Cleat all new Sewer Lanes are <br />shown tender Cite proposed itoad ]Extensions as is ttee standard practice generally and as <br />evident in the existing sewef• located in Tinnin Road) that will be eased as the outfail for <br />the proposed tines. . <br />2. The applicant shall install, to Orange County specifications, eight inch <br />(8") sewer lines within the project. All cans#ruction and testing shall be <br />certified to the State by the engineer of record as completed with <br />copies of the certification to be provided to the Orange County <br />Engineer and Planning Department prior to Planning signatures on the <br />Final Plat. <br />Coeedition accepted by Cite applicant. <br />OR <br />A letter of credit orescrow-agreement shall be submitted- and- approved <br />by the County Attorney to secure construction of the sewer lines to the <br />standards of Orange County. An estimate of the construction cost <br />shall be prepared by a certifiedllicensed engineer and submitted to the <br />Planning and Inspections Department. The financial guarantee must <br />reflect 110% of that estimate and be issued by an accredited financial <br />institution licensed to do business in North Carolina. <br />3.
