d. Specific regulations governing the development of Major Subdivisions as set forth <br />in Section(s) 5.15.6 and 7.14.6 of the UDO, <br />6. Review the Special Use Permit Findings of Fact Sheet contained within Attachment 9 of <br />the abstract and affirm the findings of the Planning Board, as detailed therein, that the <br />applicant has demonstrated compliance with: <br />a. Section 5.3.2 (B) relating to the method and adequacy of the provision of: <br />1. Sewage disposal facilities, <br />2. The adequacy of police, fire, and rescue squad protection, and <br />3. The adequacy of vehicular access to the site and traffic conditions around <br />the site <br />b. The general findings outlined within Section 5.3.2 (A) (2). <br />7. Approve the Class A Special Use Permit and impose the conditions as recommended by <br />the Planning Board as detailed within Attachment 9 of the abstract. <br />
