Gordon, Barry Jacobs, Pam Hemminger, Earl McKee and Steve <br />17 Yuhasz <br />18 COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: <br />19 COUNTY ATTORNEY PRESENT: John Roberts <br />20 COUNTY STAFF PRESENT: County Manager Frank Clifton and Deputy Clerk to the <br />21 Board David Hunt (All other staff members will be identified appropriately below) <br />22 PLANNING BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Chair Brian L. Conditional Use District (CUD) Rezoning Application in Conjunction with a Major <br />29 Subdivision - To review adeveloper-initiated project that would allow fora 27-lot major <br />30 subdivision at the northwest intersection of Tinnin Road (SR 1313) and School House <br />31 Road (SR 1314). The rezoning request is from Rural Residential (R-1) to High Intensity <br />32 Residential Conditional Use (R-8-CU). <br />33 <br />34 Larry Wright read the agenda item. <br />35 <br />36 Larry Wright: Anybody that needs to be sworn in that has signed this paper, come up as a <br />37 group and be sworn in, and remember that any items that you are submitting must be given to <br />38 the Deputy Clerk for the record. <br />39 <br />40 <br />41 David Hunt: Do you solemnly swear/affirm to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the <br />42 truth -so help you God? <br />43 <br />44 Michael Harvey: This item is specifically is a public hearing for a Conditional Use (CU) <br />45 application for a Rezoning and Class A Special Use Permit for a Major Subdivision off of Tinnin <br />46 Road, within Efland. This project has been referred to as Tinnin Woods by the applicant, <br />47 Orange County Habitat for Humanity. One note of clarification I would offer the Board this <br />48 evening, Mr. David Brooks is the Attorney for the applicant and he is going to be coming up after <br />49 I've concluded my presentation and assist the applicant with the introduction into the record of <br />50 various items. <br />
