The second issue is to involve the County in the strategic planning <br /> process. Michael Talbert and Frank Montes de Oca will also be involved with this. Also, the <br /> needs for the departments need to be prioritized. He said that everyone will have to adjust to <br /> the fact that taxes will have to be raised to get funding for these needs. There will not be <br /> enough growth to pay for everything.
