This process will also be presented to the City of Mebane because it will be <br /> providing the utility infrastructure. <br /> Commissioner Jacobs made reference to the transition residential in this area and said <br /> that where there is going to be water and sewer would be a good place to have affordable <br /> housing units that is cost effective to provide. <br /> Assistant County Manager Gwen Harvey gave a brief overview of the public campaign <br /> for the '/4-cent sales tax referendum. She presented the print ad that is at their places. She <br /> provided information about the overall education campaign. The staff has been working with <br /> Sheer Associates in Chapel Hill as the consulting agent and marketing partner in being able to <br /> create elements of the entire campaign. There will be posters, fliers, talking points, letters to <br /> the editor, updated website, etc. and these are ready to be put into motion. There will also be <br />
