The County is better off right now in being fully insured because of the aggressive <br /> rating models with the NCACC. <br /> Commissioner Gordon said that her thought is that she wanted to do what is best for <br /> the employees, and if the County is moving toward sustainability, Option 4 is overall better for <br /> the employees. The County has not given any pay raises and this concerns her. <br /> Chair Pelissier said that she hoped there are the resources for Human Resources to sit <br /> down with individual employees and discuss and explain the options proposed.
