A motion was made by Commissioner Yuhasz, seconded by Commissioner Hemminger <br /> to find in agreement with the Planning Board findings for Sections 2.2 of the ordinance through <br /> 5.3.2(B)(3) found on pages 9-27 of the abstract. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Yuhasz, seconded by Commissioner Hemminger <br /> to find in the affirmative with regard to, "the use will maintain or promote the public health, <br /> safety, and general welfare if located where proposed and developed and operated according <br /> to the plan as submitted." <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Yuhasz, seconded by Commissioner McKee to <br /> make a finding that, "the use will maintain or enhance the value of contiguous property." <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Yuhasz, seconded by Commissioner Hemminger <br /> to find that, "the location and character of the use if developed according to the plan submitted <br /> will be in harmony with the area in which it is to be located and the use is in compliance with <br /> the plan for physical development of the County as embodied in these regulations or in the <br /> Comprehensive Plan or portion thereof adopted by this Board of County Commissioners." <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Yuhasz, seconded by Commissioner McKee to <br /> impose the conditions found on page 30 with the exception of condition #5, that condition <br /> having already been met upon the issuance of the Special Use Permit. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Yuhasz, seconded by Commissioner Foushee to <br /> issue the Special Use Permit in compliance with the findings that have been made. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> Commissioner Gordon: Let me ask that you update our procedures or do what is <br /> necessary to be done so that it is very clear on the recommendations which motions need to <br /> be separate.
