Raleigh- City Museum. Collections Staff (present). The Raleigh City Museum is a local <br />history museum created for the sake of Preserving Raleigh's Past for the Future. I <br />collect, conserve, and catalog objects for preservation and for use in future exhibits. I <br />also respond to patrons' research requests and conduct my own research for the <br />purpose of museum text panels and publications. <br />2. DiGennaro-Hart Pipe Organ Co. -- Builder, restorer, and curator of pipe organs in the <br />Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. As a tech-nician for ten intermittent years, I restored <br />pipe organs (casework, mechanical action, pipework, and other woodwork) along <br />historical guidelines and- contributed to the planning and construction of new pipe organs. <br />3. Borders Books & Music. Merchandising Supervisor. Created displays, placed orders, <br />maintained inventory, opened and closed daily store operations, and supervised over 50 <br />employees. <br />Volunteer Experience: <br />1.89.7, WCPE Radio. Fundraising volunteer and music cataloger. Assisted with quarterly <br />fundraiser by answering pledge phone calls. Also helped catalog some of the radio <br />station's CD collection <br />2. Chapel Hill Public Library. RFID tagging project. Tagged books to prepare collection <br />
