Attachment 3 <br />In accordance with Section 7 of the interlocal agreement the following fees will still be <br />collected by the City of Durham, some (frontage and acreage charges) of which will be <br />considered as `Dedicated Receipts' towards payment of agreed to infrastructure in the <br />specified grange County area. <br />City of 1]urham <br />I. Water and Sanitary Sewer Charges: <br />A_ frontage Charges: <br />These fees are applicable when property is developed and a water and/or <br />sanitary sewer line has not been installed by the developer of property <br />owner across the street frontage or street right-nf-way abutting the project. <br />These fees are paid when the mains are extended for new projects. If no <br />extension- is made frontage charges are paid with the application for <br />service. The rates below are effective since May 1, 2010. <br />The current frontage charges are: 1/Vater Sewer <br />Sanitary <br />Inside Ci#y Limits $27.00/LF $50.00/LF <br />Outside City Limits $29.50/LF $56.00/LF <br />B. Capital Facility Fees: <br />Are due prior to connection. Typically, these fees are paid with the <br />application for the service connection.
