Bernadette Pelissier was <br />contacted by and met with the Consul General of Mexico, Carlos Flores Vizcarra, who is <br />meeting with various local governing bodies in reference to making a presentation about <br />consular services in North Carolina and, in particular, the Consular I.D., which is the most <br />widely expedited document by the Consulate. <br />The Consul General will provide a presentation to the Board. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: None <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board receive the presentation <br />from the Consul General of Mexico and, if needed, provide direction to staff. <br />
