The department <br />provides services through a 3 7- member volunteer fire department. There is one full- <br />time employee, who holds the rank of Captain, and two part -time personnel. The full- <br />time Captain works weekday business hours. The department reports that it has had <br />a few members "age -out" in the past few years. Several new members have been <br />recruited. The department is lead by a Fire Chief, who is nominated by a committee <br />of the Board of Trustees and approved by the full Board to serve a two -year term.
