• Obtain non -exclusive right of way easements for ingress and egress over, upon and <br />through the SunTrust property to access the parking spaces currently owned by the <br />County and conveyed to the County pursuant to the deed of easement to be executed by <br />SunTrust. <br />Currently the driveway(s) on either side of 118 North Churton Street are part of the property at <br />112 North Churton Street. An additional easement would be required between the properties to <br />provide ingress and egress to 118 North Churton Street. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no financial impact associated with either of the easements. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends the Board: <br />1. Approve granting the easements in principal; <br />2. Direct staff to work with SunTrust Bank to develop easement agreement language that <br />protects the County's interests; and <br />3. Authorize the Chair to execute the easement documents addressing the County's interests. <br />
