He can continue to <br /> dialogue with the homeplace representatives and amendments can be made in the future. <br /> Lindsey Efland said that he has been involved with the planning process in Orange County <br /> since the time that it was expanded out into the County. He commended the Planning Board, <br /> Planning staff, and County Commissioners for getting the County to this point. He supports this <br /> proposal. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Hemminger, seconded by Commissioner Yuhasz to <br /> receive the proposal to amend the Zoning Atlas; refer the matter to the Planning Board with a request <br /> that a recommendation be returned to the Board of County Commissioners in time for the June 21, <br /> 2011 BOCC regular meeting; and adjoum the public hearing until June 21, 2011 in order to receive <br /> and accept the Planning Board's recommendation and any submitted written comments. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> D.
