Bidders shall review the addendum and incorporate the <br />modified requirements into their proposals. <br />The Bidder is required to sign and retum a copy of this Addendum with the Bid, and -to <br />acknowtedge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided on the front page of the Bid Form. <br />1. It is not neoessary to write out all unit prices in words. "Unit Pricer and "Total" entries <br />are required for all line items in the Bid. <br />2. This Project is not subject to ":Buy America" requirements. <br />3. Day. Time extensions will not be granted for rain, wind, snow or ether natural phenomena of <br />normal intensity for the locality where work is performed. For purpose of determining extent of <br />delay attributable to unusual weather phenomena, a determination shall be made by comparing <br />the weather for the contract period Involved with the average of the preceding five (5) year <br />climatic range during the same time Interval based on the National Oceanic and Atmospheric <br />- Administration National Weather Service statistics for the locality where work is performed and on <br />daily weather logs kept on the job site by the contractor reflecting the effect of the weather on <br />progress of the work and initialed by the designers for ornitract administrator s) representative. <br />Time extensions for weather delays do not eniitte the contr4actor to "extended overhead" <br />recovery. <br />E N G I N E E R t N G.
