The CONTRACTOR will commence and complete the construction work as specified in these Contract <br />Documents. <br />2. The CONTRACTOR will commence the work required by the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS not later than -the <br />date set by the OWNER in the NOTICE TO PROCEED and will complete work outlined by the Proposal unless <br />the period for completion is extended otherwise by-the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. <br />4.
