County Attorney's Report <br /> John Roberts said that when he became employed here he expanded the Manager's <br /> signature authority. His recommendation was that the Board of County Commissioners retains <br /> signature authority for interlocal agreements with the exception of some of these minor <br /> interlocal agreements like animal control. He asked if the County Commissioners would want <br /> to reconsider this for smaller service agreements. <br /> Commissioner Foushee said that if they remain within the financial stipulations, then <br /> she is ok with it. <br /> Commissioner Hemminger said that she would like this brought back as an agenda <br /> item to make sure what services the staff is talking about. <br /> Commissioner Yuhasz said that these come back as consent items, generally. <br /> Commissioner Jacobs agreed with Commissioner Yuhasz. <br /> Commissioner Gordon said that the Board needs to see the list of agreements. <br /> 12.
