Aqreement Renewal with Town of Hillsborouqh for Animal Control and Emerqency <br /> Animal After-Hours Call Services <br /> The Board approved an agreement renewal to provide the Town of Hillsborough with <br /> animal control and emergency animal after-hours call services for FY 2011-12 for a set fee <br /> of $38,148 and authorized the Chair to sign, subject to final approval of the County's FY <br /> 2011-12 budget. <br /> i. Aqreement Renewal with Town of Carrboro for County Provision of Emerqency <br /> Animal After-Hours Call Services and Collection of Pet License Fees <br /> The Board approved an agreement renewal that 1) provides the Town of Carrboro with <br /> emergency after-hours animal services during FY 2011-2012 and 2) addresses the <br /> collection of license fees for Carrboro residents in the amount of $6,000 and authorized the <br /> Chair to sign, subject to final approval of the County's FY 2011-12 budget. <br /> i Aqreement Renewal with City of Durham for Animal Control Services for the Portion <br /> of the City <br /> in Oranqe County <br /> The Board approved an agreement renewal for FY 2011-12 between the County and the <br /> City of Durham to provide Animal control Services for the very small portion of the City <br /> located within Orange County in the amount of $500 and authorized the Chair to sign, <br /> subject to final approval of the County's FY 2011-12 budget. <br /> k. Renewal of Contracts with In-Home Aide Providers to Provide In-Home Aide Services <br /> to Eliqible Adults <br /> The Board approved continuing the contracts to provide In-Home Aide Services with <br /> Arcadia Health Services, Inc., Personalized Patient Home Assistance, Inc., CNC Access, <br /> Inc., Flaircare, Inc., and TAMM, LLC for eligible adults using a joint contract between the <br /> Department of Social Services and the Department on Aging and the Contractor and <br /> authorized the Chair to sign contingent upon approval of the Orange County FY 2011-12 <br /> budget. <br /> I. Renewal of Contract with Northen Blue, L.L.P. for DSS Leqal Services <br /> The Board accepted the Social Services Board recommendation and approved the contract <br /> renewal for legal representation with Northern Blue, L. L. P. for FY 2011-12 and authorized <br /> the Chair to sign the contract contingent upon approval of the Orange County FY 2011-12 <br /> budget. <br /> m.
