. a-~5 =o~ <br />•~ State of North Carolina Agreement for <br />The County of Orange Waste Disposal Services <br />AMENDMENT TO <br />HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE COLLECTION <br />AGREEMENT <br />THIS AMENDMENT to the Agreement, originally effective October 5th, 1994, amended <br />October 5th 1997, October 17th 2000, and further amended August 14th 2001, by and between The <br />County of Orange, on behalf of its Solid Waste Department, which is sovereign governmental <br />entity located in the State of North Carolina (hereinafter referred to as a "Sponsor") and Safety- <br />Kleen (TS), Inc., a Delaware corporation, (formerly Laidlaw Environmental Services (TS), Inc., <br />hereinafter "Contractor") is entered into on this the 5th day of February 2002. <br />In consideration of the mutual promises and conditions set forth herein, the Sponsor and <br />Contractor agree to amend the Agreement as follows: <br />1. Term: This Agreement, unless amended as provided herein, shall be in effect from <br />December 1, 2001 through June 30, 2002. This Agreement may be terminated by Sponsor <br />given 10 days written notice, pending selection of a new vendor by Sponsor. Said notice <br />shall be delivered to Contractor via the following individual, at the following address: <br />Safety-Kleen (TS), Inc. <br />Gwen Hill, Facility Manager <br />208 Watlington Industrial Drive <br />Reidsville, NC 27320 <br />
