The new <br /> design will also replace an existing damaged 24"vitrified clay pipe located <br /> in an existing tunnel under the south parking lot with a new reinforced- <br /> concrete pipe. The scope of work includes the tie-in of all existing roof <br /> downspouts to a storm system that will carry the flow underground to the <br /> front of the site. The area at the rear of the building now drains to an <br /> existing pipe under the building. This pipe behind the building will also <br /> be relocated to the front via the storm lines for the downspouts. <br /> PO Box 2368 Additional storm lines may be required as we continue the investigation <br /> Chapel Hill,NC 27515-2368 and review all survey data. Construction Documents will be developed for <br /> 222 Cloister Court informal bidding based upon our findings. Construction Administration <br /> Chapel Hill,NC 27514-2212 will be required in the contract to monitor the repairs and review <br /> unforeseen conditions during the repairs. <br /> CRZ's proposed design fee is a not-to-exceed amount of$16,380.
