5 <br />in its permitting of the structures. This condition must be met within sixty (60) days after this <br />Special Use Permit is renewed. <br />2. All structural and physical handicapped accessibility improvements to the structures shall be <br />made in accordance with Federal requirements and State Building Codes and must be <br />approved by the Orange County Inspections Division. This condition must be met within <br />sixty (60) days after this Special Use Permit is renewed. <br />3. A Certificate of Occupancy must be issued by the Orange County Inspections Division <br />following the necessary inspections of all structures for federal and Code compliance. This <br />condition must be met within sixty (60) days after this Special Use Permit is renewed. <br />4. The final site plan and narrative of the project incorporating all changes, deletions, and <br />additions to the project are included herein and made a part of the Class A Special Use <br />Permit. A copy of the final site plan and narrative are on file with the Orange County <br />Planning and Inspections Department. <br />5. The landscaping described in the approved site plan and approved narrative shall be <br />complied with, showing existing and proposed trees and other vegetation serving as a buffer <br />on all sides. No trees will be cut down along Baldwin Road except at the location of the <br />driveway as specified in the landscaping plan. All trees and other vegetation not removed as <br />provided in the approved site plan and approved narrative shall be protected and maintained <br />as required by Article 12 of the Orange County Zoning Ordinance. <br />6. Outdoor storagelstockpiling of materials for the area along Baldwin Road shall be of natural <br />(i.e. not manmade) materials and shall not be of a malodorous or redolent nature. <br />7. A 75-foot Type E Buffer shall be provided along Baldwin Road along the width of the area <br />used for outdoor storage of materials. <br />8. This Special Use Permit will expire and become null and void at 12:59:59 p.m. on the last <br />day of the sixth (6~') year after it is issued as provided in Section 8.8.24.2 of the Orange <br />County Zoning Regulations. <br />This renewed Special Use Permit, Class A shall become effective upon approval. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Orange County Commissioners that <br />the Class A Special Use Permit for Reba & Roses Inc. is renewed in accordance with the <br />above mentioned conditions and attached Site Plan dated September. 25, 1995 and updated <br />November 17, 200 L <br />Upon motion of Commissioner ,seconded by Commissioner <br />the foregoing resolution was adopted this the day of , 2002. <br />I, Beverly A.
