Proposed Amendment to Agreement for Student Generation Rate and School Impact <br />Fee Studies to Include Parks and Recreation Payment in Lieu, Impact Fee Analysis <br />The Board considered amending an agreement with Tischler and Associates for professional <br />services associated with parks and recreation payment in lieu and impact fee analysis. <br />Craig Benedict made the presentation. The report will include a comprehensive list of choices <br />on how to address parks and recreation impacts. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by Commissioner Jacobs to amend <br />the proposal to Tischler and Associates in an amount not to exceed $30,000 and to authorize the <br />
