NORTH CAROLINA RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE <br /> AMENDMENTS TO THE ORDINANCE <br /> ORANGE COUNTY REGULATING HUNTING AND FISHING ON <br /> PRIVATE LANDS OR WATERS WITHOUT <br /> WRITTEN PERMISSION OF OWNER <br /> WHEREAS, the Ordinance Regulating Hunting and Fishing on Private <br /> Lands or Waters IIthout Written Permission of Owner (hereafter the Ordinance) <br /> was originally adopted December 2, 1991; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Orange County <br /> deems it necessary to amend the Ordinance to protect the health, safety and <br /> welfare of the citizens of Orange County. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Orange County <br /> Commissioners that <br /> The Ordinance is amended to read as rewritten on the attached. <br /> Upon motion of Commissioner Halkiotis, seconded by Commissioner <br /> Carey, the foregoing resolution was adopted this the 96th day of January, 2002. <br /> 1, Beverly A.
