These recommendations include: <br />1. Daniel Hatley for a first#ull term. During his one year training term, Mr Hatley completed new CAC <br />member orientation, attended 5 out of 6 business meetings and participated in all ofi~is assigned <br />quarterly facility visitations. Mr Hatley's elder attorney experience and his active participation in <br />committee related projects and workshops are invaluable contributions to the success of our <br />committee. <br />Wendy Gellert for a second full term. During this year Ms Gellert attended 5 out of 6 business <br />meetings and participated in all of her assigned quarterly facility visitations. Ms Gellert serves as the <br />committee's Vices Chair. Her leadership skills and her active participation In committee related projects <br />and workshops are invaluable to the committee's success. <br />3. Richard Gross for a second full term.. During this year Mr Gross attended 4 out of 6 business meetings <br />and participated in all of his assigned quarterly facility visitations. Mr Gross is a strong advocate for <br />Orange County residents living in long term care facilities. When performing his facility visits he spends <br />several hours inthe-building interviewing residents and families and leaves no stone unturned. He is <br />particularly a strong advocate for residents with a mental health histories. <br />4. Sandra Dove for a second full term. During this year Ms Dove attended 3 out of 6 business meetings <br />and participated in all of her assigned quarterly facility visitations.
