Their engineer will be here. I-will briefly <br />36 summarize the abstract. There were several ques#ions and comments during the quarterly public hearing-that 1 will discuss if <br />37 necessary. <br />38 <br />39 Brian Crawford: Have there been any other comments from the meeting date until today? <br />4~ <br />41 Michael Harvey: No other than what was entered into the public record. <br />42 <br />43 Brian Crawford: Were there any objections on the recommendation conditions by the applicant? <br />44 <br />45 Michael Harvey: No. <br />46 <br />47 Brian Crawford: Are there any questions from the Planning -Board for staff? <br />48 <br />49 Larry Wright: With respect to the provision of food for lunch, has fhaf been addressed by the applicant? <br />50 <br />51 Michael Harvey: I will defer to the applicant for that answer. <br />52 <br />53 Larry Wright: On page 34, recommended condition number 2, how much wiggle room is there if you had adverse weather for the <br />54 parents to pick their children up? <br />55 <br />56 Michael Harvey: Condition number 2 deals with the hours of operation for the school. From my standpoint, if there is that <br />57 situation I don't see the alteration in hours that as a violation. All we are saying is that normal classroom operations will occur as <br />58 proposed by the applicant. You may want to propose modifications to our recommended language that would say the operation <br />59 of the school should occur from 8:30 to 3:30 Monday through Friday unless other factors deem necessary. <br />36 <br />
