3 <br />• The property must be free of environmental hazards and otr~er nuisances as defined by all <br />applicable codes or regulations, or any such hazards or nuisances must be corrected as <br />part of the rehabilitation of the unit. The County's Rehabilitation Specialist will <br />determine whether there are environmental hazardslnuisances present on the site and if <br />they can be removed through rehabilitation. <br />• .Properties cannot be -located in a right-of-way of any impending or planned public <br />improvements. The County's Rehabilitation Specialist will-assist in-verifying status. <br />• The property cannot be located on a site that is endanger-ed by mudslides, landslides or <br />other natural or environmental hazards. The Rehabilitation Specialist will work v~~ithtlie <br />homeowner to make this determination, if needed. <br />• Manufactured housng_is not eligible for assistance <br />•- The properly -must be current with all- taxes.
