Mental Health Association to a proposed property acquisition project for homeless, <br />disabled adults, and families. <br />8_i; *Impact Fee Reimbursement <br />The Board approved the impact fee reimbursement request from Habitat for Humanity of Orange <br />County, NC, Inc. for $22,407 for seven new homes. <br />84, *Consideration of Funding Support for Eno River Land Acauisitions <br />The Board approved the appropriation of $55,000 to the Eno River Association toward preservation <br />of two tracts along the Eno River — the Poplar Ridge and Eno Wilderness properties. <br />The Board approved 'a proposal to amend the Joint Planning Area (JPA) Zoning Atlas to change the <br />zoning of approximately 3.03 acres of land northeast of the intersection of Rogers Road and Rusch Road <br />from Residential -1 (R -1) to the Residential - Special Standards- Conditional (R- SS- C) zoning district. <br />8_I. *Resolution Supportina Governor Easley in Opposina an Outlying Landing Field at Any Site <br />that is Unacceptable to the State of North Carolina <br />The Board approved and authorized the Chair to sign a resolution as stated below supporting <br />Governor Easley in opposing an Outlying Landing Field (OLF) at any site that is unacceptable to the State <br />of North Carolina. <br />RESOLUTION SUPPORTING GOVERNOR EASLEY IN OPPOSING AN <br />OUTLYING LANDING FIELD AT ANY SITE THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE TO <br />THE STATE AND CITIZENS OF NORTH CAROLINA <br />WHEREAS, the Navy has selected an Outlying' Landing Field (OLF) site known as the Washington /Beaufort <br />County site; and <br />
