b. shall mutually exchange and review zoning requests, special use permits, subdivisions, site <br />plans or annexations requested for land fronting on any of the corridors and within areas of <br />mutual interest. <br />(6) The administrative staffs of each jurisdiction shall pursue cooperative efforts to coordinate plans <br />for improvements to the public rights-of-way in the corridors or areas of mutual interest.
