The visibility of the balloon to <br />adjacent properties and the surrounding area shall not constitute <br />sole justification of denial of a permit application, but is an <br />indication of what location on the site may be less visually <br />intrusive. <br />j) The Special Use Permit application shall include a statement that <br />the facility and its equipment will comply with all federal, state and <br />local emission requirements. <br />k) All buildings and other structures to be located on the same <br />pFepe zoning lot as a telecommunication tower shall conform <br />with the setbacks established for the zoning district or as <br />established through the subdivision process, whichever is <br />greater. <br />I) An Applicant may be required to submit an Environmental <br />Assessment Analysis and a Visual addendum. Based on the <br />results of the Analysis, including the Visual addendum, the County <br />may require submission of a more detailed visual analysis.
