112. 2 <br />incurred by consultant prior to formal application submittal; <br />5. propagation studies, to scale, of entire network using the hierarchy of preferred locations; <br />6. revise the "intent, scope, and use of the Master Telecommunications Plan (MTP) to create a <br />planning tool for information purposes; <br />7. Revise standards of evaluation in Section 8.8.17a.2 to establish a hierarchy of preferred <br />locations as follows: <br />a. co- location on existing strucutres or power lines; <br />b. on properties listed on the MTP Plan; <br />c. on industrially -or commercially -zoned properties; <br />d. on County owned properties; and <br />8.
