And then the canopy area is going to be enclosed for office. space. But, other than that, the majority of the work will. be on the new portion to the south: And there will be some enhancement on the landscaping along the frontage there. We have the 100-foot right-of-way up to the sidewalk included at the very back. portion of the right-of-way. The way the profile looks, is, you would have asix-foot walkway, curb and gutter, a 16-foot travel lane, a 14-foot travel lane. It's a;14 -1'6, it's 30 plus the s~ feet= ~6. Same way on the other side -would be 76. And they're calling far a 25-foot median. It would really have to be 24. Generally, DOT prefers people to use' a, lighted intersection rather than the movements :across busy highways. If you wanted to enter the site from the south, you would go up to the light, take a left, and come in that way. And`the same way with when you are leaving. If you wanted to go right, you would take your right out and go towards Interstate 40.
