The permit must be approved-prior to <br />installing any plants. <br />~., <br />7. The owner/developer shall adhere to all the attached <br />requirements and/or the notes. marked on the submitted plans to <br />include <br />A. Traffic movements need to be delineated in driveways <br />B. An encroachment agreement needs to be submitted for the <br />sidewalk that is within the right of way. <br />C..Yard Inlet #8 is,not an approved junction bo:c for DOT R/W <br />D. Storm drainage table should include Drainage Areas and <br />Discharges (Q25) ~ . <br />E. 10' x 70' Site Distance triangles need to be at edge of <br />R/W <br />F.
