Provisions <br />shall be made for construction <br />of wastewater facilities <br />including grading, gutters, and <br />piping to direct stormwater <br />and prevent erosion. Surface <br />water on all paved areas shall <br />be collected at intervals that <br />do not obstruct vehicular or <br />pedestrian traffic. <br />j) Exterior lighting. Location, <br />type, size and direction of <br />exterior lighting shall not glare <br />or .direct illumination that <br />interferes. with adjacent <br />properties or safety of public <br />rights-of-way. <br />k) Protection of property <br />values. The existing building will <br />be expanded to 7,334 sq. ft. <br />and the remote teller station <br />is 634 sq. ft. with a <br />proposed new canopy of <br />approximately 2,000 sq, ft, <br />2. Relocate existing drive <br />through lanes and add a fifth <br />one. <br />3.
